OYSTERS WITH FLORINA PESTO by Yiannis Tselepis
INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons
16 oysters 450gr Florina peppers 15ml balsamic vinegar 1 garlic clove 20ml olive oil salt and pepper
PREPARATION
1. Clean the oysters, open and wash them.
2. Clean the peppers, peel and seed and blend to a puree with the balsamic vinegar, the garlic, the olive oil and the salt and pepper.
3. Top the oysters with the mixture and place them in the oven at 200o C for 15 minutes.
Note: Add some water cracker crumb before putting in the oven.
